That’s one hell of a difference! You look fantastic!
Anytime! What holistic career are you going into? I went to school for massage therapy. I absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I’m not practicing right now since I had my daughter.
I’ve considered going for traditional Chinese medicine, but right now I’m finishing up a BS in nutrition.
I loved learning about Chinese medicine. I found it so fascinating! I would love to read what you learn in both subjects.
A picture is definitely worth 1000 words!
Bro, you have made a fantastic transformation. You look awesome dude!
Thanks, I’ll post more pictures eventually. That wasn’t even me at my heaviest.
Just stumbled upon your site. Congrats on all of your success! Very inspiring!
So great to see your weight loss – truly inspiring! And one feels SO much better, too. I’m curious to see you only work out at the same frequency as me – 1 – 3 times per week. Funny how that happens, hey?
Yep, you don’t need much to maintain once your hormones are in check.
Two words: A-Mazing!
great site!! i love learning about plant based nutrition and I recently read a book about basics of TMC and found it fascinating! can’t wait to read more of your blog sir! 🙂
Thanks, I’ll have to make sure I post stuff for all my vegan friends. Perhaps something about chocolate… 😉
chocolate is ALWAYS good 😀
Thanks for all the comments guys! I’ll have to post more before and after shots. It’s going to be a little difficult to find photos of me at my heaviest, since I didn’t like being photographed at that weight.
That’s been my experience too. I found a few, but by and large, I avoided the camera like Pac-Man avoids ghosts. I still avoid the camera, but I’m trying to be better about it.
What a transformation! I bet you feel so proud. Keep up the great work!
Wow!!! Nice work!!!
Wow you look terrific!
Congrats man you are absolutely inspiring!
How wonderful for you to have found your health! I myself recently discovered the power of plants. For a good read, check out The Green Foods Bible by David Sandoval.

You looking amazing! Ive just started my weight loss journey, seeing this has definitely helped, how did you do it?
Insipiring Steve, you look amazing. I’m on a journey to lose 125 at my first goal, then another 25 after that. My main goal is to get to 200 pounds, my stretch is to get to 175, I started my journey at 325, down to 280 now. I applaud your hard work and dedication and hopefully can follow in your footsteps, and inspire others as well.

You are a very inspiring person. I wish you the best.
I started this year at 206 pounds. That’s a lot of weight for someone just barely over 5 feet tall. I have lost 22 pounds. I have a lot more to go. Reading your story gives me the inspiration to continue doing what I am doing to get healthy and stay there. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for the comment. I hope that my blog can serve as a source of information for you. The Upgraded Self banner I have on my site is also a great source of information and products. Best of luck to you on your weight loss journey.

What a transformation and it’s not just the loss of weight it’s the whole ‘you’ you look confident.
Thanks! It was a case of one hand washing the other. As I lost more weight I became more confident, and as I became more confident I found it easier to stick to my goals!
